How do I buy an eBook?
You must be a member of the eMarketers-Book-Club before you can purchase an eBook. Once you are a Member you can click on the download image.

On confirming your Log-in and Password, your selected eBook will be sent to your Registered eMail account.
Why do only some eBooks have extra information?
All the eBooks in our Treasure Trove have been available to purchase at full price for several months. When we purchase our Master Rights to these publications we are sometimes able to obtain a copy of the Original Web Page that was used to advertise the publication. If we can obtain this page we put it on our Web Site and let you view it as 'Further Information'.
How do I join?
GREAT! I'm thrilled you want to Join Us. Simply purchase your initial eBook Tokens and 'hey-presto' your free membership is created. You will be notified of your membership details by email.
Do you do Student discounts?
NO! You would be amazed at how quickly everyone can become a Student of Something and our prices are already heavily discounted.
Do you have a Privacy Policy?
YES! ... WE DO NOT, HAVE NOT and WILL NOT EVER pass on your Personal Details to another person.
How do I log-in?
To log-in to your account you can select the Menu Choice 'My Account' on the left of the Screen or you can click on the '$' near the Top Right Corner.
How can I tell how many eBook Tokens I have left?
Log-in to your Account using the Menu Choice 'My Account' on the left on the Screen and the number of remaining eBook Tokens is clearly displayed.
How do I buy more eBook Tokens?
Log-in to your Account, select the Menu Choice 'TOKENS' and choose the amount of extra eBook Tokens you would like.
Can I buy more than 50 eBook Tokens?
Absolutely. We offer fantastic deals on larger purchases. Simply email us with what you would like to spend or how many eBook Tokens you would like to have and we will send you a special hyperlink to use.
Can I change my password and Log-in name?
Absolutely. Your Membership ID will never change, but you can easily change your other details from your Account page. Simply Log-in to your Account, select the Menu Choice ' UPDATE' and change your Details.
How can I suggest a New eBook?
Log-in to your Account, select the Menu Choice 'REQUEST' and let us know the Title of the eBook you would like us to add.
How can I suggest improvements to the site?
Log-in to your Account, select the Menu Choice 'CONTACT' and let us know your suggested improvements.
How can I have an eBook re-sent to me?
Log-in to your Account and you will find the Menu Choice 'eBOOKS'. This will list your eBook Purchases over the previous three months. Simply select the eBook, click on the 'Re-Send' button, and the eBook will be sent to your registered email address.
How do I renew my Membership?
You Dont! Your Free Membership is for Life and doesn't require renewal.
How can I get re-sell rights for an eBook?
Send us an email with the specific details you require and we will send you a price for the Rights. Generally Master Rights are sold below $20.00.
Can I transfer my eBook Tokens?
NO! The system is carefully structured to reward those who purchase a larger numbers of eBook Tokens with reducing costs. Allowing the transfer of eBook Tokens would negate this reward.
How can I un-subscribe to the monthly newsletter?
I'm sorry that you no longer want to receive our Monthly Newsletter and would love to hear any suggestions you may have on how we can improve it. On the bottom of each Newsletter are the instructions on how to be removed, along with a hyperlink to use.
Do you give my details to others?
NO! ... WE DO NOT, HAVE NOT and WILL NOT EVER pass on your Personal Details to another person.
Are my Credit Card Details Safe?
ABSOLUTELY! .. In fact, We neither record your Credit Card details nor store them on our Site. We use 'World Pay' to process our eCommerce Transactions and all details reside with them.
How do I get my free copy for recommending an eBook First?
If you were the first to recommend an eBook that we add to our Treasure Trove we will automatically email you the eBook along with our thanks. Please remember that it does take us quite a while to read every eBook and that most don't qualify to be included.
I've forgotten my password how can I log in?
Simply enter your log-in, leave the Password blank, and your Password will be sent by email.
I can't access my registered email account and can't remember my details?
Just send us an email with a valid email address. We will ask enough questions to verify that you are the Account Holder and will update your Account for you.
I've change email accounts, how do I update my new address?
Simply Log-in to your Account, select the Menu Choice 'UPDATE' and change your Details.
I have a problem and have no access to email?
No problem! Use the Menu Choice 'Contact Us' on the left of the screen and you can let us know your problem by using the on-screen form.
I want to cancel my account but still have valid eBook Tokens?
I'm sorry that you are leaving. If you have a specific problem please give us the opportunity to resolve it first. If you are sure that you want to leave there is no problem. Email us with your request and we will close your account, however there is is no partial refund for unused eBook Tokens. We would recommend that you simply un-subscribe from the monthly newsletter and check the Web Site every couple of months to see if a new eBook can capture your interest and use your remaining eBook Tokens.
I Purchased new eBook Tokens but they haven't been added to my account?
I'm sorry to hear that, but Internet Technology is not always 100% efficient. If you have received your confirmation email from 'World Pay' saying that the Tokens were added, and they do not appear to be credited to your account, please email us with the specific details and we will credit your account immediately, along with a small bonus as an added apology. Please note that there is a manual check within every 24 hour period to ensure that the automated systems are working efficiently.
I've changed my mind .. how do I get a full refund?
If you are completely unhappy with our Service and the quality of the eBooks available, simply eMail us with your details and, providing you are within 60 days from purchase, we will refund your fees in full. You will be kept fully informed at every stage.
